PT_Music faves Not Not Fun Records is releasing a collab between LA experimentalist and former Pocahaunted member Amanda Brown (under the Twilight-approved moniker LA Vampires) with Estonia’s “Queen of the Weird Vibes” Maria Minerva. Tally this one in the “no brainer” category.
I’ve only heard snippets of the new record (the longest of which is below) and they sound just about what you’d expect coming from these two: anxiety-inducing melody repetitions, head-spinning reverb vocals, and the applicable descriptive lyrics like “the chaos surrounds me / is leaving me confused.” Can’t wait to hear how the complete record sounds!
